What cancelling your subscription means
Cancelling stops automatic renewal of your monthly subscription. It does not instantly remove access to learning you have already paid for.
- Your current billing cycle continues until its end date
- Lessons already on your balance can usually still be booked and attended
- You will not be charged again unless you restart a subscription

How to cancel your subscription
- Log in at tutopiya.com/learning-portal/login
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Select the subscription you want to end
- Choose Cancel subscription (or Turn off auto-renewal)
- Confirm — you will see when your current cycle ends

Is there a cancellation fee?
No. Tutopiya does not charge a fee to cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?
Yes — unused hours are refundable. Contact support with your invoice reference and we will process a refund for hours remaining on your balance.
I cancelled by mistake — can I undo it?
Yes. You can reactivate your subscription yourself from account settings (for example under Payment History → Manage Subscriptions), or contact support@tutopiya.com and we will help you turn it back on. Reactivation can take effect immediately so your learning continues without waiting for the next cycle.
